Partial Refund Conditions

Exchanges

We offer exchanges exclusively for defective or damaged items received. We do not offer size or color exchanges for personal preference.

Exchange Process

Important Exchange Notes:

Gift Returns

Items Purchased as Gifts

Recipient Returns:

  • If an item was marked as a gift during purchase, returns will be processed as store credit
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate mailed to the return address
  • Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from issue date and can be used for any future purchase

Gift Giver Returns:

  • If the original purchaser processes the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • The gift recipient will not be notified of the return

Items Not Marked as Gifts

If an item was not designated as a gift during purchase, all refunds will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method, and they will be notified of the return.
